Straight out of the dungeon, we introduce Doom + Gloom: the most bitter coffee grounds possible. Our carefully crafted recipe uses all the tried-and-true techniques to achieve this bitterness. But don’t worry, we haven’t lost touch of the most important part of coffee: the flavor. We found and paired our grounds with three perfectly bitter flavors—dark chocolate, citrus peels, and ginger.

For a coffee brand with a name like Doom + Gloom, it only seems right to lean into heraldry, specifically castles and dragons and dungeons—as much mischief as possible. But pair it with a three-headed Irish Ellén Trechend, chains, bricks, scales, and deep, intense colors, and the brand fully encapsulates everything a bitter coffee brand should be—mysterious, mischievous, bold, and refined.
